SSC CGL SYLLABUS 2021 Updated:- Staff Selection Commission (SSC) Combined Graduate Level (CGL) Syllabus 2021 is important to the applicants who applied for the SSC CGL 2021. SSC CGL 2021 Exam Date

This exam Combined Graduate Level (CGL) is conducted by the Staff Selection Commission (ssc). This year this exam will be conducted in four tiers such as Tier 1, Tier 2, Tier 3, and Tier 4. And this exam is also divided into two modes i.e. online mode and offline mode. The first two papers will be held in online mode and the 3rd will be pen and paper mode and the 4th will be the Computer test. So, here are all the details of the Syllabus with each tier and subject-wise.

There are four types of tier for SSC CGL EXAM 2021. Every tier is described separately by the exam authority which is shown below:

Tier-1:

In this Tier, there will be 60 minutes provided by the SSC CGL for the exam. In this paper there will four different types of subjects will include which are general intelligence and reasoning, general awareness, English, and Quantitative aptitude. Tier-2

The second tier is contained 4 papers. The first two papers are for shortlisting the candidates and two other papers are for those candidates who have applied for specific job posts.

Paper-1 is a compulsory paper of tier 2 examination. This paper has contained the quantitative abilities test & aptitude section. There are 100 questions in 1st paper which have a maximum of 200 marks. And there will negative marking of 0.5 marks for every wrong answer and 2 marks for every right answer.

Paper-2  is for the English & Comprehension test and this paper is based on the grammer questions & answers. And the syllabus will be same as the first-tier English syllabus. And the marking will be same as the paper-1.

Paper-3 is contained Statistical Investigator Gr.  2nd& Compiler, it contains 100 questions. And the topics of statistics are shown below:-

  • Moments, skewness, and kurtosis

Paper -4 is contained 40 questions, each question has carried 2 marks. This exam is attempted by the Assistant Audit Officer. This paper contains questions about Finance and Accounts. And the important topics are:

  • Finance Commission – Role and functions
  • Theory of Demand and Supply
  • Basic Concept of Economics and Introduction to Micro Economics
  • Indian Economy
  • Theory of Production and cost
  • Money and Banking
  • Forms of Market and Price determination in different markets
  • Economic Reforms in India

Tier- 3

This exam is conducted in offline mode and it involves :

  1. Application Writing
  2. Letter Writing
  3. Essay Writing
  4. Precise Writing

Tier – 4

In this test candidates, will need a computer which will be provided by the exam center which is allotted to the candidate. And in this exam there are three important things:

  • Data Entry Skill Test (DEST)
  • Computer Proficiency Test (CPT)
  • DEST exam is for only those applicants who have applied for Tax Assistant Posts in Central Excise & Income Tax.
